Meeting of heads of customs services of Poland and Ukraine

Working meeting of delegations of customs services of Ukraine andThe Republic of Polandwith the Head of the State Customs Service of Ukraine Igor Kaletnyk and the Deputy Minister of Finance, Director General of the Customs Service of the Republic of Poland Jacek Kapica,was held in Lviv.

During the meeting the parties discussed many issues of bilateral cooperation between Ukraine and Poland in customs service, they also discussed joint preparations for Euro 2012.

Heads of customs departments of Ukraine and Poland sign the protocol for further cooperation agreements, that will allow: simplify and accelerate the crossing of the Ukrainian-Polish border, to increase the effectiveness of the fight against smuggling at the EU border, will facilitate business development, border trade and investment.
